Under the cloud system you have UNLIMITED Keywords and can be set up and made live in less than 60 seconds. In certain circumstances this could be extremely valuable.
Keywords can be text or numbers or a combination of both but really need to be kept short as long keywords can lead to misspelling and frustration with consumers who are trying to do business with you!
When a misspelling occurs they will receive an auto generated text message which tells them that the word has not been recognised and that they should try again this time making sure they have the correct spelling.
You can search your system using dates, mobile numbers and keywords as a default search function.
As your system is built to your own specifications then the search capabilities will be extended to accommodate the additional fields which, as the database grows in size, will become increasingly important.
Those businesses that have large branch networks and sales forces will certainly welcome an efficient search functionality in their time consuming chase of new business.
Instant Messaging now plays a big part in our lives with Facebook and WhatsApp in particular.
We can provide a business with their bespoke in-house or customer facing chat functionality which can be built to enhance customer service and support roles.
This does not come as a standard part of the Cloud System
We can build a fully authenticating voucher system that would be managed from within the Cloud System.
This would mean businesses could run SMS campaigns promoting a voucher for a FREE XYZ where consumers would download vouchers to their mobile and present them through the checkout process.
These could be instore campaigns, direct mail promotions, paper or magazine advertising, in fact it doesn’t really matter how or where the important point is that it is a great way to attract new business as everyone loves a discount.
The system would be easy to manage and no re-presentation of vouchers would be possible as the system we would build would authenticate every voucher making it impossible to be used again!
Timing can be critical for many sales situations and for that reason we built the SMS Templates section where a business can pre-prepare outgoing text messages to be used over and over again.
Using a pre-prepared text message from the templates saves valuable time and means that a reply can be sent in a matter of seconds.
A good example is when a consumer downloads details of a property on an estate agents system the agent will know this immediately and can follow up this interaction with a pre-prepared text asking if they want to arrange a viewing of that property... a handful of clicks job done!
Outgoing text messages can be sent to any person that has interacted with the Cloud System and takes just a few seconds to set up. You can also send out the same text message to ALL numbers that you have on the system which is perfect for marketing campaigns.
Even more flexibility is provided by way of Groups (see Customer Groups) which enables you to target a particular group of people with a text message.
Another benefit of the cloud system is that you can set up a text message reply to be sent on any date and time in the future whether it is in an hour, a week or even a year away from when you’re setting it up.
The important point with this functionality is that each business must use their judgment as to when to send a message as it could be more favourable to wait for a few hours before sending a follow up text.
You do not want to be accused of harassment so whilst in some sales situations it is critical that a fast response is needed it is not always the case and a more measured and casual approach can be viewed by a consumer as good personal service.
Double clicking any mobile number will immediately open up a profile page where you can enter data relevant to that user. This is particularly useful in sales situations where at some point in the process you will be making a voice call to the user and can ask questions to capture the data you want to build their profile.
We will build the profile pages to a business’s specific requirements although the default page comes with the usual contact information fields.
This section also has the following sections which can be amended to fit in with a businesses requirements;
- Items Viewed: this shows everything that this person has viewed (from links in SMS sent)
- SMS Sent: this lists all text messages sent to this person
- SMS Received: this lists all text messages received from this person
- Notes: a simple notes section with date
- Reminders: you can schedule email reminders to be sent out from here
On the customer profile page one of the default fields is GROUP and contains a drop down menu of the groups that you have created. You must select one of these groups for each new profile you’re creating.
A good example of this would be a used car dealer who would probably want to create groups relevant to the type and price of car a user is looking for such as…
- Up to £999
- £1000 - £2999
- £3000 - £5000
- Over £5000
- 4 x 4
We can build an outbound voice call functionality into the system so that all calls can be logged and commented on in the Customer Profile section
This is where you can have the option of providing not only the standard SMS Info Quick system but also the ability to offer a voice functionality so that when consumers make a voice call to Info Quick number they would be greeted with an automatic announcement.
This announcement can be either computer generated or an audio recording of a live announcer.
We would always recommend that the announcement says immediately that by pressing “0” at any time connects you straight through to Sales or Customer Service and this way consumers can still speak to a live person but be aware of this immediately and don’t have to listen to a long announcement.
But the real benefit here is that using their keypad they can still receive the same text message that is set up under the SMS only system.
Here is an example;
SMS System: The following is shown in an estate agents local weekly newspaper advert.
Text VALUATION to 0203 XXXXXX to receive details of our free property valuation service
The same number can be promoted on a business card for instance so that when a consumer calls that number then the announcement could say;
“Thank you for calling XYZ. To speak to our sales department press Zero from your keypad at any time. If you would like details of our free property valuation service press ONE. To get details of our mortgage advice service press TWO. To get……”
If the consumer keys in ONE then they will receive the exact same text message as the person who sends a text message with VALUATION
The Info Quick system can be replicated in many countries around the world and can provide an excellent way for UK companies who are considering exporting their products and services to promote them through local telephone numbers which can only increase the confidence of local consumers to engage with any marketing activities that a company takes on.
The cost of the Cloud System depends on a number of factors and so we can only provide an accurate price once we have assessed an individual businesses requirements.
However the pricing is made up of several components which are;
- Allocation of the Info Quick number
- Construction of the bespoke system
- Cost of the SMS (text messages)
Info Quick has a modern charging structure in that the ongoing charges are built around SMS usage but payments are deducted from a rolling credit which ebbs and flows automatically under the parameters set up and reviewed regularly to reflect actual usage.
We also operate a minimum usage system which is designed to ensure continued marketing of the Info Quick system by those businesses investing in the Cloud System.
The way it works is that every month the balance between the chargeable SMS Fees and the Min Use figure is calculated. If there is a negative balance then that amount would be added to the SMS Fees and deducted from the rolling credit.
For example if the Minimum Use figure is £50 and the chargeable SMS Fees for a month were £15 then the amount of the Min Use fee would be £35 making the total deductions from the rolling credit that month as £50.
If they were £10.00 then the minimum use fee would be £40 and the total deductions from the rolling credit would be £50
Conversely if the chargeable SMS Fees were £100 then NO Min Use fee would be charged and the total deductions from the rolling credit that month would be £100
